Rule 18
Distribution of documents
(1) The secretary will provide the necessary documents and information to the members. (2) The secretary will make arrangements to keep the documents and information to be provided to the members in accordance with this rule in the pigeon hole related to each member in a manner directed by the chairman. In this way, if documents and information are placed in the pigeonhole, such documents and information will be considered received by the concerned member.
